ABOUT ME

In my early years, my relatives and close friends would say “wow, willo you’re so good at art!” But I was just a mere child with a crayon in my hand and a Webkinz in my lap. I had yet to be introduced to the amazing world of digital media, let alone an iPhone!

Now, as a full-blown adult, I’ve never lost my sparkle for the arts, and as the age of YouTube dawned, I put my crayon down to pick up any computer I could get my hands on. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to develop my post-production skills in both independent and professional settings, continually honing my workflow optimization and thriving in fast-paced content environments. I feel silly calling myself an “expert” because there is always room to grow, but I’d consider myself an “expert” in Adobe’s Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Media Encoder. Along with software, I have hands-on experience with large-scale media ingestion, multicam/audio syncing, asset tracking, and archival processing. My personality strengths, or soft skills to some, are most useful in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating across teams, as I’m naturally adaptable and a team player. I’m looking to join and learn more at a larger post-production department with higher stakes, so I can become one with my editing skills and my computer :)
